MinneMUDAC 2019 Student Data Science Challenge

"Women in Math and Stats" Team: Somyi Baek, Cora Crown, Sarah Milstein, Yu Yang, led by Gilad Lerman .

For its fourth annual data science challenge, MinneAnalytics posed the problem of predicting the price of soybeans in the volatile market of 2019. Among the 24 graduate-level teams, we ranked 2nd and also won the Analytical Acumen Award. Our work was greatly appreciated by the judges and we were invited to give talks in companies and organizations.

Effort, stress, discussion, laughter, and fun! We've had a great time together!
